The CSE Honors Competition is a mini research symposium in which five doctoral student finalists, one from each area, make 15-minute presentations on their research. The presentations will be judged by a faculty panel. The competition’s purpose is to recognize research of broad interest and exceptional quality being done by CSE’s graduate students. This year’s competition will take place on November 6, 2023, in 1620 Beyster (the CAEN lab). The presentations will begin at 4:00 p.m. and the competition results will be announced during the reception in 3725 Beyster following the event.

This year’s finalists are:
Aditya Anand (Theory Lab)
Jaylin Herskovitz (HCC Lab)
Sarah Jabbour (AI Lab)
